Description: This webinar will introduce participants to the Adult/Adolescent Sensory History© (ASH), a standardized self-report questionnaire for sensory processing and praxis that is based on Ayres Sensory Integration® theoretical framework. Dr. May-Benson, the author of the ASH, will present the strong psychometrics of this measure, describe the various components and scoring outcomes of the measure and discuss the clinical reasoning to use when interpreting the results obtained. The ASH provides a comprehensive sensory/motor profile of each client which reliably identifies challenges in sensory modulation, sensory discrimination, and praxis as well as other specific sensory-related challenges. Numerous cases will be presented to illustrate interpretation of the measure. Questions are welcome throughout the presentation.
