A Conversation with Erin Flynn, MS, OTR/L

moderated by Robyn Carreras, MS, OTR/L

Recorded September 2024

LiveTalks are hour long panel discussions. LiveTalks are included in SPIRAL membership.

Description: Join us for a practical discussion on sensory integration during the teenage years. This talk will focus on how sensory processing impacts teens’ self-awareness, emotional regulation, and social interaction

We’ll explore common sensory challenges teens face and provide strategies to help them advocate for their sensory needs. Through a case study, we’ll offer real-world examples of supporting sensory integration in this age group, highlighting the roles of caregivers, educators, and therapists.

The session will include a live Q&A, offering attendees a chance to ask questions and share experiences. If you are unable to attend live you may still submit a question by emailing courses@thespiralfoundation.org, and we will do our best to address your question.
