originally recorded November 14, 2019

Webinars are video presentations and include the recorded PowerPoint and lecture and a .pdf copy of the PowerPoint notes.

Description: Problems processing and integrating sensations exist throughout the lifespan and continue to impact emotional and physical well-being, engagement in daily life activities and participation in desired occupations into adulthood. Assessment of adolescents and adults with suspected sensory and motor challenges is therefore necessary and important. However, most therapists working in the area of sensory integration are unfamiliar or uncomfortable assessing and ultimately treating adult clients. This webinar will discuss assessment processes and tools for use with adults. In addition, it will specifically train therapists in administration and interpretation of the ADULT-SI interview as a key assessment tool.
